I love stepping into a home and letting it speak to me. I don’t believe staging is a one-size-fits-all situation, so I design my stages accordingly. I strive to complement the character and natural appeal the home has to offer. I like to put myself in the buyer’s shoes and ask myself what they are looking for in a home. People have strong emotions towards colors; because of this, I try to work with a neutral palette to appeal to the widest range of buyers. Most buyers are looking for a move-in ready home. During our initial consultation, I will go over repairs and updates that can be done to achieve this.
