Our Process

After our initial phone call, we will set up a complimentary consultation. During this consultation, we will go over any repairs and updates that are needed to help sell the home. At this time, we will also take photos of the space for our personal reference as we select furnishings.

We will then handpick items from our warehouse for your space.

We ask that the home be thoroughly cleaned before our scheduled day of installation.

On the scheduled day, we will install your personally designed stage. We ask that no one be at the property during this time, as it can slow the process and be distracting. Staging installs can take anywhere from 1-2 days, depending on the size of the home. Because of this, we ask that the house be reserved for our use to ensure a high-quality stage. We will leave the home photo-ready and request that our items not be moved or touched during the duration of the stage.

After the house is sold, we will remove our furniture.
